Angelique Bellmer Krembs is a co-founder of The Band of Sisters, and co-author of the book You Should Smile More - How to Dismantle Gender Bias in the Workplace. She is a Chief Marketing Officer and Brand Advisor, and currently CMO-in-Residence at A.Team, a startup talent marketplace for elite tech builders. She spent 23 years at PepsiCo, leading turnaround and growth for many brands, including Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Mountain Dew, and SoBe. After PepsiCo, she was EVP, CMO at News America Marketing, leading digital transformation for this division of News Corp, then joined BlackRock as Global Head of Brand. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, and an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business.
