In this fully facilitated League workshop, we will use a proven change transformation model to help members “Think Like a Change Leader.” We will explore a powerful Change Adoption curve; dig into common barriers to change adoption; and discuss as a group what’s worked, what hasn’t, and where people get stuck in trying to drive any type of organizational change.
