Nancy Winé has over 25 years of leadership experience in media and digital commerce and is the Director of Amazon’s US Grocery Advertising Division. She returned to Amazon in 2022 to lead its US Advertising Sales Division for Amazon Grocery -- the largest and fastest growing online grocery network in the US with reach across Amazon Core, Amazon Fresh, and Whole Foods. Nancy co-created the consumables advertising vertical at Amazon during her prior 9-year tenure at Amazon, leading a number of organizations within Amazon’s Consumer-Packaged Goods Advertising Sales Division. Prior to her return to Amazon in 2022, Nancy spent two years as the Vice President of Advertising Sales at Kroger Precision Marketing, driving addressable media across Kroger’s online and 2,800 store footprint. Nancy lives in Louisville, KY with her husband, Garth and their two children. When she’s not driving her two teenagers to and from sporting events & music lessons, Nancy can be found outdoors hiking or on the water wakeboarding.

Justin has spent the majority of his career in Consumer Goods and Retail both on the customer side (Coca-Cola, Georgia Pacific) as well as the technology / consulting side (Accenture, EY). Justin lives in Atlanta, Georgia.

Ronan Loaëc is the North American CIO of Groupe Savencia Fromage & Dairy (formerly Groupe Bongrain Soparind), represented by two operating companies, Savencia Cheese USA and Advanced Food Products. The Savencia name is not a household name for consumers but Savencia is among the world’s leading milk processors, number one in specialty cheese with operations in 28 different countries. Some of the brands found in the US include Alouette, St Andre, Supreme and St Agur. The company is an independent family group with revenues of approximately $5 billion based in Viroflay, France.
Ronan Loaëc has responsibilities for information systems, infrastructure services, operations support and information security in North America. In addition, he is the executive sponsor for the Business Process Management program started in early 2015. He joined Savencia in 2011 after 15 years spent in the SAP Consulting industry where he played a lead role in assisting organizations thru major software implementations and business transformations.
He is a graduate of West Chester University with a MBA in Information Systems and a MS in Computer Science.
